If you are registering for one of our online services for the first time, you can do so directly through the service app. The hkk service app adheres to the highest data protection standards. Therefore, for initial registration, please use the self-identification app Nect. You can conveniently and securely register with your ID card or passport. For security reasons, the app does not support rooted devices.
